Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Treasury & Forex professional with 3-5 years of experience to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of treasury operations, foreign exchange management, and financial markets, with a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree. This role will be instrumental in managing the company's liquidity, optimizing foreign currency exposures, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage daily cash flows, ensuring adequate liquidity for operational needs.
- Execute foreign exchange transactions (spot, forward, options) to hedge currency risks.
- Analyze forex market trends and provide insights to management for strategic decision-making.
- Manage banking relationships and optimize banking services.
- Prepare treasury reports, including cash position, forex exposure, and investment performance.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies.
- Assist in the development and implementation of treasury policies and procedures.
