Role Summary:
Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) is seeking a skilled UI / UX professional with 3-4 years of experience and a strong foundation in LLM principles to join our team in Bangalore. This role involves contributing to the user interface and user experience design of complex aerospace and defence systems, ensuring intuitive and efficient interaction for our end-users. The ideal candidate will leverage their analytical and design thinking skills to translate user needs and technical requirements into effective visual and interactive solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop user interfaces for complex aerospace and defence software applications, ensuring usability and adherence to industry standards.
- Conduct user research, gather requirements, and create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Apply principles of cognitive science and human-computer interaction, informed by an LLM background, to optimize user workflows and system interactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, project managers, and domain experts, to define and implement UI/UX solutions.
- Perform usability testing and iterate on designs based on feedback and performance metrics.
- Contribute to the development of design systems and style guides for consistency across projects.
- Analyze user data and feedback to identify areas for improvement and innovation in user experience.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in UI/UX design and their application in the aerospace and defence sector.
