Role Summary: We are seeking a highly qualified and innovative individual with a Doctorate/PhD to join our team as a UX, Design & Architecture Specialist. This role will focus on pioneering new approaches to user experience, design methodologies, and architectural frameworks within the animation and VFX pipeline. The ideal candidate will leverage their advanced research skills and deep theoretical understanding to drive innovation and solve complex design challenges for our cutting-edge projects. This position requires a strong blend of academic rigor and practical application in a fast-paced industry setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct advanced research into emerging UX trends, design principles, and architectural patterns relevant to the animation and VFX industry.
Develop and propose novel design frameworks and architectural solutions to enhance user workflows and creative processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including artists, engineers, and project managers, to translate research findings into tangible design improvements.
Prototype and test new design concepts and architectural models, gathering feedback for iterative improvement.
Contribute to the strategic roadmap for UX and design innovation within the company.
Mentor junior designers and researchers, sharing expertise and fostering a culture of innovation.
Document research findings, design specifications, and architectural decisions rigorously.
