Role Summary: We are seeking a diligent and legally inclined Vendor Management professional with 1-2 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will possess an LLB degree and a keen understanding of contract law and vendor relations within the food processing industry. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth and compliant operations with our diverse network of suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the negotiation, drafting, and review of vendor contracts, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
Manage and maintain vendor relationships, acting as a point of contact for contractual and legal queries.
Monitor vendor performance against contractual obligations and identify any potential legal risks or compliance issues.
Support the procurement team in vendor selection processes by evaluating legal suitability and risk factors.
Ensure all vendor-related documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and legally sound.
Conduct legal research related to vendor agreements and compliance in the food processing sector.
Handle any disputes or escalations with vendors from a legal and contractual standpoint.
