We are seeking enthusiastic and knowledgeable Visiting Faculty / Guest Faculty to join our Surat operations. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong academic background (M.Sc.) and a keen interest in sharing their expertise with our emerging talent in the Infrastructure, Transport & Real Estate domain. You will contribute to our internal training programs, helping to shape the next generation of professionals within L&T.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging lectures and practical sessions on core concepts related to Infrastructure, Transport, and Real Estate for employees with 0-2 years of experience.
- Develop and update course materials, presentations, and case studies relevant to current industry practices.
- Facilitate discussions and answer queries to enhance understanding and critical thinking.
- Assess participant learning through quizzes, assignments, or practical exercises.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the Infrastructure, Transport & Real Estate sectors.
- Provide constructive feedback to participants and program coordinators.
