Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Web Designer with a Doctorate/PhD to join our innovative team in Chennai. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to apply advanced research and design principles to create engaging digital experiences for a leading metals and mining company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing websites and web applications that align with our brand identity and business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and IT, to understand project requirements and translate them into effective web designs.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and iterate on designs for optimal user experience.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize design concepts and user flows.
- Optimize websites for search engines (SEO) and ensure responsiveness across various devices and browsers.
- Stay updated with the latest web design trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve our digital presence.
- Apply advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, inherent from a Doctorate/PhD, to complex design challenges.
