Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with event planning teams to integrate specialized health and well-being considerations into event designs, with a focus on urological health.

- Develop innovative solutions for on-site medical support and emergency preparedness, ensuring adequate facilities and resources for potential urological emergencies.

- Conduct site assessments and design reviews to identify potential health risks and propose mitigation strategies, applying M.Des principles.

- Liaise with medical professionals and suppliers to ensure the availability of necessary equipment and services for attendees and performers.

- Assist in the creation of event-specific health and safety protocols, particularly those related to urological care.

- Contribute to post-event analysis, identifying areas for improvement in health and safety planning for future events.
