Role Summary: The Urologist will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical care related to the urinary tract and male reproductive organs for employees and their dependents within the company's large-scale construction and engineering projects in India. This role is crucial for ensuring the health and well-being of our workforce in remote or project-specific locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and treat diseases and disorders of the genitourinary tract.
- Perform urological examinations and procedures.
- Provide consultation and medical advice to patients.
- Manage pre-operative and post-operative care for urological surgeries.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care.
- Ensure compliance with medical ethics and company health policies.
- Respond to medical emergencies as needed.
