User Research Manager

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced User Research Manager to lead our user research initiatives within the Indian market. This role will be instrumental in understanding the needs, behaviors, and motivations of our diverse customer base in the metals and mining sector, providing actionable insights to drive product development, service improvement, and strategic decision-making for our global operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive user research strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Plan, conduct, and analyze qualitative and quantitative user research studies, including interviews, surveys, usability testing, and ethnographic research.
- Translate research findings into compelling insights and actionable recommendations for product, design, marketing, and engineering teams.
- Manage and mentor a team of user researchers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Define user personas, journey maps, and other artifacts to represent and communicate user understanding.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in user research.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure user insights are integrated into the product development lifecycle.
- Manage research budgets and timelines effectively.
