User Research Manager

Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced User Research Manager to lead our user research initiatives within the Indian real estate market. This role will be responsible for understanding the needs, behaviors, and motivations of our diverse customer base, translating these insights into actionable recommendations for product development, marketing strategies, and overall customer experience improvement. You will manage a team of user researchers and collaborate closely with product, design, marketing, and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of user researchers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Define and execute a comprehensive user research strategy aligned with business objectives in the Indian real estate sector.
• Design and conduct a variety of qualitative and quantitative research studies, including interviews, surveys, usability testing, ethnographic studies, and focus groups, tailored to the Indian context.
• Analyze research data to identify key user insights, pain points, and opportunities.
• Translate research findings into compelling narratives and actionable recommendations for product, design, marketing, and business stakeholders.
• Advocate for the user throughout the product development lifecycle, ensuring that user needs are prioritized.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in user research and the real estate industry in India.
• Manage research budgets and timelines effectively.
