Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented User Research Manager to join our growing team in Coimbatore. This role is crucial for understanding user needs and behaviors within the metals and mining sector, informing product development and strategic decisions. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma and 3-4 years of experience in user research or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and conduct user research studies, including interviews, surveys, usability testing, and ethnographic research, specifically within the context of the metals and mining industry.

Analyze research data to identify user needs, pain points, and opportunities.

Translate research findings into actionable insights and recommendations for product design, development, and marketing teams.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, engineers, and business stakeholders, to ensure user-centered design principles are integrated throughout the product lifecycle.

Develop and maintain user personas, journey maps, and other research artifacts.

Present research findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.

Stay up-to-date with the latest user research methodologies and industry trends.
