We are seeking a talented User Research Manager with 2-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Indore. This role is crucial in understanding user needs and behaviors to inform product development and business strategies within our Import & Export operations. You will be responsible for planning, conducting, and analyzing user research studies to deliver actionable insights that drive product innovation and enhance customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute comprehensive user research plans using a variety of qualitative and quantitative methods (e.g., interviews, surveys, usability testing, card sorting).
- Recruit and manage participants for research studies, ensuring diverse representation.
- Analyze research data to identify user pain points, needs, and opportunities.
- Synthesize findings into clear, concise, and actionable insights and present them to cross-functional teams (product, design, marketing, operations).
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate research insights into product requirements and design improvements.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest user research methodologies and industry trends.
- Contribute to building a user-centric culture within the organization.
- Potentially assist in understanding international user behaviors and market trends relevant to import/export activities.
