Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and experienced User Researcher to join our dynamic team. As a User Researcher, you will be instrumental in understanding the needs, behaviors, and motivations of our users (both job seekers and employers) to inform product development and strategic decisions within our recruitment and staffing platforms. You will conduct research, analyze findings, and translate them into actionable insights that drive user-centered design and improve the overall user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and conduct user research studies using a variety of qualitative and quantitative methods, including user interviews, surveys, usability testing, contextual inquiries, and diary studies.
- Define research objectives, scope, and methodologies in collaboration with product managers, designers, and engineers.
- Recruit participants for research studies, ensuring representation of target user groups.
- Analyze research data to identify key themes, patterns, and insights.
- Synthesize research findings into clear, concise, and actionable recommendations for product improvements and new feature development.
- Communicate research insights and recommendations effectively to stakeholders through presentations, reports, and workshops.
- Advocate for the user throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest user research trends, methodologies, and tools.
