User Researcher

Role Summary: We are seeking a passionate and experienced User Researcher to join our product development team. You will be instrumental in understanding the needs, behaviors, and motivations of our diverse customer base, ranging from industrial clients to household consumers. Your insights will directly influence the design and development of innovative electrical products and solutions, ensuring they meet user expectations and market demands within the Indian context.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and conduct user research using a variety of qualitative and quantitative methods (e.g., interviews, surveys, usability testing, contextual inquiry, diary studies).
- Define research objectives and methodologies based on product strategy and business goals.
- Recruit participants for research studies, ensuring representation from target user segments in India.
- Analyze research data, synthesize findings, and translate them into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Create compelling research reports, presentations, and personas to communicate findings to cross-functional teams (product managers, designers, engineers).
- Collaborate closely with product and design teams to integrate user feedback throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and user behavior shifts within the electrical equipment sector in India.
