Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and experienced User Researcher to join our dynamic team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree (M.A.) and 3-5 years of experience in conducting user research to inform product development and strategic decision-making within the engineering and construction domain. You will play a crucial role in understanding user needs, behaviors, and motivations to ensure our solutions meet the evolving demands of our clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, design, and execute a variety of user research studies, including contextual inquiries, usability testing, surveys, and interviews.
- Synthesize research findings into actionable insights and compelling narratives for product teams, designers, and business stakeholders.
- Translate complex user data into clear and concise reports and presentations.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, engineers, and other cross-functional teams to identify research questions and integrate findings into the product lifecycle.
- Advocate for the user throughout the product development process, ensuring user-centricity is embedded in all decisions.
- Stay abreast of the latest research methodologies and industry best practices.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of user research processes and tools.
