User Researcher - Clinical Research / Contract Research (2-4 Yrs Exp)

We are seeking a motivated and insightful User Researcher with 2-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will possess an M.Sc degree and a passion for understanding user needs and behaviors within the complex landscape of clinical and contract research. You will play a crucial role in informing the design and improvement of our research platforms and client-facing tools, ensuring they are intuitive, effective, and user-centric.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, conduct, and analyze qualitative and quantitative user research studies (e.g., interviews, surveys, usability testing, contextual inquiries) for clinical research platforms and related digital tools.
- Translate research findings into actionable insights and design recommendations for product managers, designers, and development teams.
- Develop user personas, journey maps, and other artifacts to represent user needs and behaviors.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, design, engineering, and clinical operations, to integrate user feedback throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Advocate for the user throughout the organization, ensuring that user needs are central to decision-making.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in user research, UX design, and the clinical research industry.
- Assist in defining research metrics and evaluating the success of design changes based on user feedback.
