User Researcher Job Opportunity - Facility Management Services

We are seeking a motivated User Researcher with 3-4 years of experience to join our team in Surat. This role is crucial in understanding the needs and behaviors of users within facility management contexts, translating insights into actionable recommendations to improve our services and user experience. You will work closely with product, design, and operations teams to ensure our solutions are user-centered and effective.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and conduct user research studies, including interviews, surveys, usability testing, and contextual inquiries, to gather insights on user needs, pain points, and behaviors related to facility management services.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify key trends, patterns, and user insights.
• Translate research findings into clear, concise, and actionable recommendations for product development, service design, and operational improvements.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, Operations) to integrate user insights into the product lifecycle and decision-making processes.
• Develop user personas, journey maps, and other artifacts to communicate user understanding to stakeholders.
• Advocate for the user throughout the organization, ensuring that user needs are considered in all aspects of service delivery and product design.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest user research methodologies and best practices.
