We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented UX Architect with 2-4 years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in conceptualizing and designing user-centric interfaces for our internal and external digital platforms, focusing on enhancing user experience and streamlining operational workflows within the pulp and paper industry. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong foundation in design principles and a keen understanding of user needs, even with a 12th Pass education, provided they possess the requisite practical skills and aptitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into intuitive user interface designs.
Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas and user flows.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
Develop user journey maps and personas to represent target users and their needs.
Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines and accessibility standards.
Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
Stay updated with the latest UX trends and technologies relevant to the industry.
