We are seeking a talented and experienced UX Architect to join our growing team. As a UX Architect, you will be responsible for designing intuitive, engaging, and user-centered digital experiences for our recruitment and staffing platforms. You will play a crucial role in shaping the user journey and ensuring our products meet the needs of both job seekers and employers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to understand user needs and pain points.
- Develop user personas, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes to visualize and communicate design concepts.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective user experiences.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Define and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all platforms.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback and data analysis.
