UX Architect

Role Summary:
We are seeking a talented and experienced UX Architect to join our team and lead the design and development of intuitive and engaging user experiences for our digital platforms. The UX Architect will be responsible for translating business requirements into user-centered design solutions, ensuring seamless navigation, and enhancing overall user satisfaction across all touchpoints. This role requires a deep understanding of user research, information architecture, interaction design, and visual design principles, with a strong focus on creating robust and scalable design systems.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
2. Develop user personas, user journey maps, and information architecture to define the structure and flow of digital products.
3. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design concepts and user flows.
4. Define and maintain a comprehensive design system, ensuring consistency in UI elements, patterns, and brand guidelines across all digital interfaces.
5. Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design solutions meet business objectives and technical feasibility.
6. Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the product development lifecycle.
7. Stay up-to-date with the latest UX trends, technologies, and best practices.
