Role Summary:
We are seeking a talented and experienced UX Architect to join our growing team. As a UX Architect, you will be instrumental in shaping the user experience of our digital products and platforms, ensuring they are intuitive, efficient, and engaging for our stakeholders in the Iron & Steel industry. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and business analysts to translate complex requirements into seamless user journeys and visually compelling interfaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to understand user needs and behaviors.
- Develop user personas, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes to visualize and communicate design concepts.
- Create high-fidelity mockups and design specifications for development teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the technical feasibility and business viability of designs.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Stay updated with the latest UX/UI trends, best practices, and technologies.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems and style guides.
- Analyze user feedback and usage data to identify areas for improvement and iterate on designs.
