Role Summary:
We are seeking a talented and experienced UX Architect to join our team and shape the user experience of our digital platforms. As a UX Architect, you will be responsible for designing intuitive, engaging, and effective user interfaces that align with our brand identity and business objectives. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into user-centered design solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to understand user needs and behaviors.
- Develop user personas, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes to visualize and communicate design concepts.
- Create high-fidelity mockups and design specifications for development teams.
- Define and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all digital products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, iterate on designs, and ensure successful implementation.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices throughout the organization.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UX trends, technologies, and methodologies.
- Analyze user feedback and usage data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
