Role Summary:
We are seeking a talented UX Architect with 3-4 years of experience to join our growing team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive and engaging user experiences for our digital platforms, focusing on solutions within the water treatment and waste management sectors. This role requires a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to translate complex requirements into user-friendly interfaces. A Bachelor of Science degree is a prerequisite for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
- Develop user personas, user journey maps, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
- Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
- Advocate for the user throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Define and maintain design systems and style guides.
- Stay updated with the latest UX trends, technologies, and best practices, particularly in the context of industrial and environmental solutions.
