UX Architect | M.Sc Professionals | Pune

Role Summary:
We are seeking a talented and experienced UX Architect with a Master of Science (M.Sc) degree and 3-5 years of experience to join our innovative team in Pune. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the user experience of our digital platforms, focusing on enhancing usability, accessibility, and overall user satisfaction within the Iron & Steel industry. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into intuitive and engaging user interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to gather insights and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop user personas, journey maps, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to visualize and communicate design concepts.
- Define and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI component libraries to ensure consistency across all digital products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into user-centered design solutions.
- Advocate for the user throughout the product development lifecycle, ensuring designs meet user needs and business objectives.
- Stay abreast of the latest UX trends, technologies, and best practices, and apply them to enhance our product offerings.
- Contribute to the strategic direction of user experience for our digital transformation initiatives in the steel sector.
