Job Description
Role Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and creative individual to join our team as a UX, Design & Architecture specialist. This role will be instrumental in shaping the user experience and architectural design of our digital platforms and solutions within the petrochemical and plastics domain. You will be responsible for translating complex business requirements into intuitive and efficient user interfaces and robust system architectures, ensuring seamless integration and scalability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and architecture of user-centric digital solutions for our petrochemical and plastics business units.
- Develop comprehensive user experience strategies, including user research, persona development, journey mapping, and wireframing.
- Define and document system architecture, ensuring alignment with business objectives, technical feasibility, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver high-quality designs and architectures.
- Create prototypes and conduct usability testing to validate design concepts and gather user feedback.
- Ensure the scalability, security, and maintainability of designed solutions.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in UX, design, and software architecture, and advocate for their adoption where appropriate.
