Job Description
Role Summary: We are seeking a highly creative and experienced UX, Design & Architecture professional to join our dynamic team. This role will be instrumental in shaping the user experience and architectural vision for our digital products and services within the accounting and auditing domain. You will be responsible for translating complex business requirements into intuitive and engaging user interfaces, while also contributing to the overall technical architecture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of user-centered digital solutions for accounting and auditing services.
- Conduct user research, create personas, user journeys, and wireframes to understand user needs and behaviors.
- Develop high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes for user testing and stakeholder feedback.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to define product strategy and roadmap.
- Contribute to the architectural design of digital platforms, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Define and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Stay abreast of the latest UX trends, design tools, and architectural patterns in the industry.
