Role Summary: We are seeking a highly creative and experienced UX, Design & Architecture professional to join our dynamic team in India. You will be instrumental in shaping the user experience and design strategy for our diverse range of client projects, ensuring innovative and effective solutions. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, hands-on design expertise, and a strong understanding of architectural principles in digital product development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the conceptualization and design of user-centered digital experiences across various platforms.
- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and architectural blueprints for digital products.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and marketing specialists, to translate business requirements into intuitive and engaging user interfaces.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions.
- Prototype and iterate on designs, creating wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Define and advocate for UX best practices and design standards within the organization.
- Stay abreast of emerging design trends, technologies, and industry best practices.
- Contribute to the architectural vision for digital products, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to a culture of design excellence.
