UX, Design & Architecture - Other

We are seeking a talented and innovative UX, Design & Architecture professional to join our growing team. This role will be instrumental in shaping the user experience and architectural design of our next-generation medical devices and digital health platforms. You will be responsible for translating complex user needs and clinical workflows into intuitive, efficient, and compliant designs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to understand user needs and pain points in clinical settings.
• Develop user personas, journey maps, and wireframes to visualize and communicate design concepts.
• Create high-fidelity prototypes and interactive mockups for user testing and stakeholder review.
• Define and document design specifications, style guides, and interaction patterns.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and clinical experts to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business goals.
• Contribute to the architectural design of software and hardware components, focusing on user-centricity and scalability.
• Ensure designs comply with relevant medical device regulations and standards (e.g., IEC 62366, FDA guidelines).
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in UX design, human-computer interaction, and medical device innovation.
