Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and creative individual with a Diploma in a relevant field to join our team as a UX, Design & Architecture professional. You will be responsible for contributing to the design and development of user-centric experiences across our digital platforms and physical retail spaces. This role is ideal for someone with 1-3 years of experience looking to grow in the UX and Design domain within the vibrant Indian retail sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation of user personas, user journeys, and wireframes to visualize user flows and interactions.
- Contribute to the design of intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketing, to understand user needs and business requirements.
- Participate in user research activities, such as usability testing and feedback collection, to gather insights.
- Support the development of design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
- Translate design concepts into functional prototypes and mockups.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices in the UX and architecture field.
