Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and creative individual with a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree to join our team as a UX, Design & Architecture - Other. This entry-level position is ideal for candidates with 0-2 years of experience looking to contribute to innovative design and architectural solutions within the pharmaceutical and life sciences sector. You will work closely with senior designers and cross-functional teams to understand user needs and translate them into intuitive and effective experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in user research activities, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights into user behaviors and needs.
- Contribute to the creation of user personas, user journey maps, and wireframes to visualize user flows and interactions.
- Support the development of high-fidelity prototypes and design specifications for digital products and platforms.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure design solutions align with business objectives and technical feasibility.
- Participate in design reviews and brainstorming sessions, providing constructive feedback and innovative ideas.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in UX/UI design, architecture, and the pharmaceutical industry.
- Help in documenting design decisions and processes.
