Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented UX Design Manager with 2-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Kochi. This role is ideal for a candidate with a B.Com background who possesses a strong understanding of user experience principles and a keen eye for design. You will be instrumental in translating business requirements and user needs into intuitive and engaging digital product experiences within the hardware and networking domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define and implement user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) strategies for hardware and networking products.
- Conduct user research, gather feedback, and analyze data to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design concepts.
- Develop and maintain design guidelines, style guides, and design systems to ensure consistency across all product interfaces.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure the accurate implementation of designs.
- Participate in user testing sessions and iterate on designs based on feedback.
- Contribute to the strategic planning of product roadmaps from a user-centric perspective.
- Stay updated with the latest UX trends, technologies, and best practices in the hardware and networking industry.
