We are seeking an experienced and visionary UX Design Manager to lead our talented team of UX/UI designers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire design process, from user research and concept development to prototyping and final implementation, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience across all our digital platforms. You will champion user-centered design principles and collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to deliver innovative and impactful learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and mentor a team of UX/UI designers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
2. Define and drive the UX vision and strategy for BYJU'S products, aligning with business goals and user needs.
3. Oversee user research initiatives, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and inform design decisions.
4. Develop user personas, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design concepts.
5. Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to ensure the successful implementation of designs, maintaining design integrity.
6. Establish and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency and scalability across all products.
7. Advocate for user-centered design best practices and educate stakeholders on the importance of UX.
8. Stay abreast of the latest UX trends, technologies, and design methodologies.
