UX Design Manager

We are seeking an experienced and visionary UX Design Manager to lead our user experience initiatives within the Engineering & Construction sector. This role will be instrumental in shaping the digital products and platforms that support our complex project lifecycles, from planning and design to execution and maintenance. You will lead a team of talented UX designers, fostering a culture of innovation and user-centricity to create intuitive and efficient digital solutions for our engineers, project managers, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of UX designers, providing guidance on design strategy, user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
• Develop and champion a user-centered design vision and strategy that aligns with business goals and enhances user satisfaction for our engineering and construction platforms.
• Oversee the end-to-end design process, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to design best practices and company standards.
• Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and inform design decisions.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, stakeholders, and business analysts to translate complex requirements into intuitive user interfaces.
• Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI kits to ensure consistency and scalability across all digital products.
• Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders, effectively communicating design rationale and gathering feedback.
• Stay abreast of the latest UX trends, technologies, and best practices, particularly within the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry.
