UX Design Manager

We are seeking an experienced and passionate UX Design Manager to lead our user experience design efforts for our digital platforms within the entertainment sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing design teams, driving user-centered design strategies, and delivering exceptional digital experiences that align with business goals. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire UX design process, from research and ideation to prototyping and implementation, ensuring our products are intuitive, engaging, and accessible to our diverse audience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and mentor a team of UX/UI designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative design culture.
2. Develop and execute user-centered design strategies for web and mobile applications, ensuring alignment with product roadmaps and business objectives.
3. Oversee user research initiatives, including usability testing, user interviews, and persona development, to gain deep insights into user needs and behaviors.
4. Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design concepts.
5. Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into intuitive and engaging user experiences.
