Job Description
We are seeking a talented and motivated UX Design Manager with 2-3 years of experience and a Master of Science (M.Sc) degree to join our growing team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and a passion for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences for our engineering and construction platforms. This role will involve leading design initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful implementation of user interface designs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather user feedback to inform design decisions.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define user requirements and translate them into effective design solutions.
- Advocate for user needs and ensure a consistent and intuitive user experience across all product touchpoints.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UX trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Contribute to the development of design systems and style guides.
