Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented UX Head to join our team in Gurgaon. This role is ideal for an MBA/PGDM graduate with a keen interest in user experience and product development within the pulp and paper industry. You will be instrumental in understanding user needs and translating them into actionable insights for product enhancement and market strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and user analysis to identify customer needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to define user experience strategies.
- Analyze competitor products and market trends to identify opportunities for differentiation.
- Assist in the development of user personas and journey maps.
- Contribute to the creation of product roadmaps based on user insights and business objectives.
- Prepare reports and presentations on user research findings and recommendations.
- Support in the evaluation of new product ideas and market viability.
