Job Description
Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and visionary UX Head to lead our user experience strategy and execution across all digital touchpoints for our FMCG brands. This role will be instrumental in shaping intuitive, engaging, and user-centric digital products and services that drive customer loyalty and business growth. You will be responsible for building and mentoring a high-performing UX team, fostering a culture of design excellence, and collaborating closely with product management, engineering, and marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and champion the overall UX vision and strategy for ITC's digital consumer-facing products and platforms.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of UX designers, researchers, and content strategists.
- Oversee the end-to-end user experience design process, from user research and ideation to prototyping, user testing, and final implementation.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and market analysis to gain deep insights into consumer needs and behaviors.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, and Brand teams, to ensure alignment and successful product delivery.
- Establish and maintain UX design standards, guidelines, and best practices across all digital products.
- Present design concepts, research findings, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
- Stay abreast of the latest UX trends, technologies, and methodologies, and advocate for their adoption where appropriate.
