UX Head

We are seeking a visionary and experienced UX Head to lead our user experience strategy and design initiatives. The UX Head will be instrumental in shaping the user-centricity of our digital products and services, ensuring they are intuitive, engaging, and effective for our diverse customer base in the water treatment and waste management sector. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, design leadership, and a deep understanding of user needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and own the overall UX vision and strategy for our digital platforms, aligning with business goals.

Lead and mentor a team of UX/UI designers, researchers, and content strategists.

Oversee the end-to-end design process, from user research and ideation to wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity design.

Conduct user research, usability testing, and market analysis to identify user needs and pain points.

Establish and maintain design systems, style guides, and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across all products.

Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into user-centered design solutions.

Champion a user-centric culture throughout the organization.

Stay abreast of the latest UX trends, technologies, and methodologies.
