As a UX Head with 0-2 years of experience, you will be instrumental in shaping the user experience of our digital platforms. This role is perfect for a recent B.Tech/B.E. graduate with a passion for user-centric design and a keen understanding of how technology can serve public administration needs. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into intuitive and accessible user interfaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research and analysis to understand user needs and behaviors.
- Create user personas, journey maps, and wireframes to visualize user flows.
- Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Participate in usability testing and iterate on designs based on feedback.
- Contribute to the development of design systems and style guides.
- Stay updated with the latest UX trends and best practices.
