UX Head - Petrochemical / Plastics / Rubber

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced UX Head to lead our user experience initiatives within the Petrochemical/Plastics/Rubber sector. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to translate complex technical requirements into intuitive and engaging user interfaces. You will be responsible for defining the UX vision, strategy, and roadmap for our digital products, ensuring they meet the needs of our diverse user base.

Key Responsibilities:
