UX Writer

Role Summary:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UX Writer to join our growing team. You will be responsible for crafting clear, concise, and engaging copy for our digital products, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience. You'll work closely with designers, product managers, and engineers to translate complex ideas into user-friendly language across our website and mobile app. This role is crucial in shaping our brand voice and enhancing user engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the voice and tone guidelines for all user-facing content.
- Write and edit copy for user interfaces, including buttons, error messages, tooltips, onboarding flows, and notifications.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups, providing copy that aligns with visual design and user flows.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback on copy and iterate accordingly.
- Work with product managers and engineers to understand product requirements and translate them into clear, effective microcopy.
- Ensure consistency in language and messaging across all touchpoints.
- Advocate for the user by ensuring all content is accessible, inclusive, and easy to understand.
- Contribute to the development of content strategy for new features and products.
- Proofread and edit content for grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors.
