UX Writer

Role Summary:
We are looking for a talented and experienced UX Writer to join our dynamic team at TCS. You will be responsible for crafting clear, concise, and user-centered content for our digital products and services. Your work will directly impact the user experience, ensuring that our interfaces are intuitive, engaging, and easy to understand. You will collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and engineers to create compelling narratives and effective microcopy that guides users through their journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a consistent voice and tone across all digital products and platforms.
• Write clear, concise, and user-friendly microcopy for UI elements, error messages, onboarding flows, and other product interfaces.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate complex concepts into easily understandable language.
• Partner with product managers and engineers to understand product requirements and user needs.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback on content and identify areas for improvement.
• Create and manage content style guides and terminology databases.
• Advocate for the user by ensuring content is accessible, inclusive, and meets business objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in UX writing and content design.
