Role Summary:
We are seeking a talented and experienced UX Writer to join our dynamic team at United Breweries Limited. You will be responsible for crafting clear, concise, and engaging copy for our digital products, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience across all platforms. You will collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and engineers to translate complex ideas into user-friendly language.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a consistent voice and tone for all digital product content.
- Write clear, concise, and user-centered copy for UI elements, including buttons, menus, error messages, and onboarding flows.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.
- Work with product managers to understand product requirements and user needs.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback on copy and content.
- Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to style guides.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of content style guides and best practices.
