Key Responsibilities:
- Craft clear, concise, and user-centered microcopy for various product interfaces, including web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and engineers to ensure the voice and tone of the product are consistent and align with brand guidelines.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on content.
- Develop and maintain a content style guide to ensure consistency across all user touchpoints.
- Write error messages, tooltips, button labels, and other UI text that guides users effectively.
- Understand user needs and business goals to translate complex insurance and financial information into simple, accessible language.
- Contribute to the information architecture and user flows of new features and products.
