Job Description
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UX Writer with 2-3 years of experience to join our team in Thiruvananthapuram. As a UX Writer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our aerospace and defence products by crafting clear, concise, and effective copy. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong command of language and an ability to translate complex technical information into user-friendly content. A 12th Pass education is the minimum requirement, coupled with a passion for technology and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Write and edit user interface text, including button labels, error messages, tooltips, and navigation elements.
Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and engineers to understand user needs and product goals.
Develop and maintain a consistent voice and tone across all user-facing content.
Simplify complex technical jargon into easily understandable language for a diverse user base.
Conduct user research and testing to gather feedback on content effectiveness.
Ensure all copy adheres to style guides and accessibility standards.
Contribute to the creation of user guides, FAQs, and other support documentation.
