Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented UX Writer with 1-3 years of experience to join our team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree and a passion for crafting clear, concise, and user-centered content for our digital platforms within the Ports & Shipping industry. You will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience by creating intuitive and engaging copy for our applications and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write, edit, and refine user interface text, including microcopy, error messages, tooltips, and instructional content, ensuring consistency in tone and voice across all digital touchpoints.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, product managers, and engineers to understand user needs and translate complex technical information into simple, understandable language.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback on content and iterate on copy based on insights.
- Develop and maintain content style guides and glossaries to ensure brand consistency and quality.
- Advocate for the user by ensuring all content is accessible, inclusive, and meets business objectives.
- Assist in the creation of user flows, wireframes, and prototypes by providing content suggestions.
- Stay updated on industry best practices in UX writing and content design.
