Valuation Risk Analyst

Role Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and analytical Valuation Risk Analyst to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing and mitigating valuation risks associated with financial instruments, investments, and business operations within the auto components industry. This role requires a strong understanding of financial modeling, risk management principles, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement valuation models for various financial assets and liabilities.
- Conduct independent valuation analyses and provide recommendations on fair value.
- Identify, assess, and quantify valuation risks, including market, credit, and liquidity risks.
- Monitor and analyze market data and economic factors impacting valuations.
- Prepare valuation reports and present findings to senior management and relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards (e.g., Ind AS, IFRS) and regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Finance, Treasury, Risk Management) to ensure accurate and consistent valuations.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in valuation and risk management.
