We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Vascular Surgeon with 2-3 years of experience to join our team at the National Health Mission in Bhubaneshwar. This role is crucial in providing specialized vascular care within the public health framework. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of vascular diseases and their management, with an M.Com degree demonstrating a unique aptitude for healthcare administration and financial planning within a public sector setting. You will be instrumental in delivering high-quality patient care, contributing to public health initiatives, and potentially assisting in the financial management and resource allocation for vascular services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and manage a wide range of vascular conditions, including arterial, venous, and lymphatic diseases.
- Perform diagnostic procedures such as angiography, Doppler ultrasound, and other imaging techniques.
- Conduct surgical and endovascular interventions for vascular diseases, including bypass surgeries, angioplasties, stenting, and thrombectomies.
- Provide pre-operative and post-operative care to patients undergoing vascular procedures.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including cardiologists, radiologists, and general surgeons, to ensure comprehensive patient management.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, adhering to NHM protocols.
- Participate in clinical research and contribute to the development of best practices in vascular surgery.
- Assist in the financial planning, budgeting, and resource allocation for vascular services, leveraging M.Com knowledge.
- Contribute to public health awareness programs related to vascular health.
