We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Vendor Relations professional with 3-5 years of experience to join our growing team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a B.Tech/B.E. degree and a strong understanding of the vendor ecosystem within the film and entertainment technology sector. You will be instrumental in managing and optimizing relationships with our key vendors, ensuring smooth operations and cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with a diverse range of vendors, including technology providers, service partners, and content suppliers.

Negotiate and manage contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), and pricing structures to ensure favorable terms for the company.

Monitor vendor performance against agreed-upon metrics and conduct regular reviews to address any issues or opportunities for improvement.

Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., Legal, Finance, Operations) to align vendor strategies with business objectives.

Identify and onboard new vendors that can bring value to the company, conducting due diligence and risk assessments.

Manage vendor payments and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.

Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in vendor management and the entertainment technology landscape.
