Key Responsibilities:

Assist in onboarding new vendors and ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant.

Maintain regular communication with existing vendors to address queries, concerns, and feedback.

Support in the negotiation of contracts and service level agreements (SLAs) under guidance.

Track vendor performance against agreed-upon metrics and provide reports to the management.

Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

Help in identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies for vendor relationships.

Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the vendor management function.
